About the Tour

Our trip starts in Dhaka, where we’ll pick you up at the airport and take you to a nearby hotel. You’ll have the rest of the day free so you can relax or explore, depending on how you’re feeling.

Next morning we will drive to Bagerhat to see amazing old mosques and a grand Hindu temple, crossing the Padma Bridge, the biggest bridge in Bangladesh. We will stop on the way to visit local sights, bazaars, and discover how people live in different districts. This tour includes two UNESCO World Heritage sites, including the Historic Mosque City of Bagerhat. We spend the night either in Khulna or Mongla.

The following morning, we head into the Sundarbans, the world’s largest mangrove forest, for three days and two nights on a houseboat. Each night, we anchor in different places and explore the quiet waterways. You might see Bengal tigers, spotted deer, river dolphins, wild boars, otters, monkeys, saltwater crocodiles, and many birds in their natural setting. After three days, we return to Khulna and stay a night either in Khulna or Mongla to rest. Early the next morning, we make our way back to the capital. Once in the city, we will either drop you off at the airport or help arrange travel plans so you can continue your journey smoothly.
